Fluorosilicone Coating

Fluorosilicone coating is a two-component coating composed of modified low surface energy resin, nanomaterials, pigments, fillers, additives, and solvents, as well as curing agents. It is used to prevent disorderly application, treat urban psoriasis, and facilitate urban appearance management; Chemical enterprises, coastal and offshore facilities, and other fields such as heavy-duty anti-corrosion

Product Introduction:

Composition: Fluorosilicone coating is a single-component coating formulated with modified low-surface-energy resin, nanomaterials, pigments, fillers, additives and solvents, or a two-component coating composed with a curing agent.

Features:

Outstanding anti-pasting performance: After the coating dries, small advertisements pasted with glue, adhesive film, self-adhesive, etc. have a certain "self-peeling property" and are easy to remove;
Excellent anti-graffiti performance: Ink and water-based pigments are not easy to adhere to the coating surface; even slight contamination can be easily wiped off with water; the adhesion of spray paint and oil-based markers to this coating is extremely low (spray paint and the coating are in a "two-layer" state), and can be easily wiped off with cleaning agents such as alcohol and acetone;
Low surface energy: The coating surface feels smooth with very low friction resistance;
Color diversity: Various colors and glosses are available for users to choose;

Applications:

Used to prevent random pasting and graffiti, control urban "psoriasis" for easier city appearance management; used in anti-corrosion for chemical enterprises, coastal and offshore facilities, high-efficiency easy-clean anti-graffiti coatings, and fields such as reducing friction resistance.

The PTFE resin used in Willbo fluorocoating is synthesized by copolymerizing tetrafluoroethylene monomer with functional monomers, introducing some functional group-containing monomers into the main chain of the fluorocarbon resin. This reduces the crystallinity of the original fluorocarbon resin, making the copolymer resin soluble in organic solvents, so that the fluorocarbon coating exhibits excellent weather resistance, heat resistance, chemical resistance, and special surface properties such as extraordinary water repellency, oil repellency, stain resistance, low friction, and electrical insulation.
